Description
The Lenovo A1000 is a new mid range tablet from the Chinese PC maker. This tablet comes packed with a range of mid range features and it intended for affordable tablet lovers. This is not a voice calling tablet and it doesn't support a SIM card.
OS & Processor
This tablet runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS platform. The Lenovo A1000 comes loaded with a 1.2 GHz dual core MediaTek processor and 1 GB RAM. This helps in the computing performance of this tablet.
Hardware
This device sports a 7-inch display screen that has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. This tablet weighs 340 grams and it is 10.7 mm thick. The Lenovo A1000 comes packed with a 3500 mAh battery loaded in it.
Camera & Memory
The ,Lenovo A1000 doesn't have a rear camera in it. However, there is a VGA front camera available and this might come in handy during Skype video chats. This device comes with 16 GB inbuilt memory and it is expandable up to 32 GB through a microSD card.
Media & Connectivity
This mid range tablet comes preloaded with multiple media features. New tablet compatible apps can be downloaded from Google Play and the Lenovo A1000 can be customized according to users' requirements. As mentioned already, this tablet doesn't support voice calling. However, 3G connectivity is possible through an external dongle. Other connectivity options like WiFi and Bluetooth are also present here.
