Display
The first thing we look at these days in smartphones is the size of the screen. The S1+ has a small screen measuring only 4”, and a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This is the standard screen size for its category and makes the phone easy to hold in the hand or keep in your pocket.
Processor & OS
The Karbonn S1+ has a massive 1.2Ghz Quad core processor, making it faster than all the other phones in its range. To complement this it also has a whopping 1GB of RAM! this is roughly double of the Nokia X (incase you were considering it).
The Phone also comes equipped with 4.3 Jelly Bean. This is a feature even most mid-range phones do not currently have.
Camera
The phone comes with a 5 Megapixel camera AND a flash. While this may not be the best for budding photographers, it’s more than enough to take casual photos of your friends or places. Another thing we don’t normally find on budget smartphones is a secondary camera to use with apps such as Skype, or whenever video calling becomes popular in India.
