Cover of Insurance : Mechanical/ electrical breakdown during extended warranty : Extended warranty would mean 1 year extra warranty which is similar to faults covered by the manufacturer in the first year i.e. the actual breaking or burning out of any component of the handset causing stoppage of normal operation and necessitating immediate repair or replacement before normal operation can be resumed. This cover will be IDENTICAL to the manufacturers warranty. The cover will not be available for any breakdown of the equipment or any component if it is not originally covered under manufacturers warranty. This coverage is available for 1 year from the date the manufacturers warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase expires. TERMS & CONDITIONS 
1. You are entitled to purchase Extended Warranty and Theft Insurance only if the handset is purchased from The MobileStore (website or store). 
2. For handsets purchased from The MobileStore outlets, Extended Warranty and Theft Insurance can be purchased online. However, for this you would need to provide the handset IMEI number in the billing instructions while purchasing the Extended Warranty and Theft Insurance on the website. In Case of Extended Warranty you would be eligble only if you have purchased the handset in the past 30 days (Same day for Theft Insurance) and If IMEI is not provided (for handsets purchased from store ), we will be unable to process your Extended Warranty and Theft InsuranceI. The purchase amount would be refunded. 
3. Please select the correct insurance/ warranty product for your handset e.g. if you are looking at purchasing extended warranty for a handset of value between Rs. 3K to 8K , please select the extended warranty product of description Extended Warranty for Handsets between Rs. 3001 to Rs. 8000/-. If you select the warranty for the less than Rs. 3000/- slab, the EW will not be processed. If you select the EW for the greater than 8K slab, we will refund the difference amount. 
4. Extended Warranty and Theft Insurance certificate will be mailed to you with your handset. In case you receive an invoice with warranty/ insurance details but without certificate or vice-versa, please contact our customer care on 1860-267-6767.
