i purchased XOLO Q1000 via Flipkart about one month back. Within one month its screen got damaged and i got no reply on customercare center. they provide me phone no of mr Satish kashyap company's north area manager, which never replied me despite repeated call. i send message and many mails but got no reply finaly they told me it will cost 8000 rs to repair. ultimately i have to change my phone as they told they have no proper centre in jaipur. Only one thing i learnt that never waste your hard earned money on some XOLO like shit.
