The Mobile Store Gift Voucher Rs 100/-

Terms & Conditions:
• A Gift Voucher (GV) can be redeemed against purchase of any product sold from The MobileStore located anywhere in India.However, a GV cannot be redeemed against repair service rendered by The MobileStore.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• The GV is not valid without the signature of the authorized signatory from the issuing store, Seal of the company with store code and issue date.
• GV cannot be redeemed on the same i.e. date of issue.
• GV cannot be redeemed for e-purchases on The MobileStore Website.
• A GV cannot be exchanged for Cash, Cheque or Credit Note.
• No exchange will be done between various GV denominations.
• Mutilated or defaced GV will not be honoured.
• A GV must be redeemed in full i.e. the full value of the GV must be utilized for purchase of products and partial redemption will not be allowed.
• In case of partial redemption, the bearer/holder shall not be entitled to the balance value of the GV and such balance value shall stand forfeited to the company.
• Should the purchase value exceed the value of the voucher, the differential amount be paid.
• A GV is not valid at a store where The MobileStore is not independently operating but in the presence of other brand/s (popularly known as 'Shop-in-Shop').
• The holder/bearer of a GV shall be deemed to be the owner thereof and is entitled to redeem the same. No replacement/compensation is permissible for lost voucher. Even photocopy of a GV shall not be accepted.
• The MobileStore reserves the right to alter any/all the terms and conditions of this gift voucher any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising out of the Gift Voucher shall be referred to the Company and the decision of the company thereon shall be final and binding.
